Jennifer Denchak Wetzel


Jennifer Denchak Wetzel is dedicated to serving the legal needs of Pennsylvania’s farm and agri-business community.  For more than fifteen years, she has worked with all types of agricultural businesses across the state, advising them on a broad spectrum of legal issues.

She is recognized for her in-depth knowledge of business succession planning, real estate and asset preservation within the agricultural context.  She routinely assists farm families with the transition of their farms to the next generation.

Jennifer was appointed by Secretary of Agriculture, Russell Redding, to the Advisory Board for the Agricultural Business Development Center.  She is a licensed titled agent and is a Succession Coordinator for the International Farm Transition Network and the Pennsylvania Center for Dairy Excellence.  Previously, she served as the Vice-Chair of the Agricultural Law Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Jennifer graduated cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson School of Law and summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Bucknell University.

Gary Heim


Agricultural law has been the focus of Gary Heim’s practice during his entire legal career spanning more than 40 years. He provides a broad range of legal services to Pennsylvania’s farm and agri-business community and has counseled thousands of the state’s family farms with the transition of those businesses to the next generation through his statewide practice.

Widely known and highly respected in the agricultural community, Gary has served on the Board of the Agricultural Law Center of The Dickinson School of Law/The Pennsylvania State University. He is a past chairperson of the Agricultural Law Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

He has been a guest speaker at programs sponsored by the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Agriculture, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Cooperative Extension Service, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and many other businesses, banks and organizations. Since 1980, he has provided legal services to members of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau through its Legal Service Plan.

Jim Goldsmith


Jim Goldsmith is a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where he has practiced law continuously since 1978. Jim’s practice includes providing legal expertise to professional trade associations, including the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Harrisburg Board of REALTORS® and the Greater Scranton Board of REALTORS®.

Jim has written and lectured extensively on real estate issues and has been involved in drafting the standard forms used throughout the Commonwealth. He has participated in the creation and amendment of much legislation dealing with the regulation of real estate licensees and the industry. For ten years he taught real estate transactions at the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg Campus. Jim was appointed by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth to serve on a Joint State Government Commission Advisory Committee on Real Property Law.

With his extensive knowledge on real estate matters, Jim is able to use his skills and expertise to assist with any complicated title issues that arise.
